Responsibility for the app
The purpose of this app is for a client handle paratransit journeys, sickness journeys, etc.
It's possible to:
- Book a new journey.
- List future journeys.
- Cancel an already booked journey.
The client must already be registered and certified in the booking system of the transport authority, to be able to register as a user of the app.
The app is a self-service addon to the existing booking system.
It's the responsibility of the clients to handle booking of their own.
Other information in the app, except for the bookings, is the responsibility of the transport authority. Errors will be corrected as soon as possible.
What information is collected by the TravelMate app
Only information entered by the client is recorded in the system.
- Client id and phonenumber at the time of register.
- Login information, to identify the client.
- New and cancelled bookings.
No other data like location, etc. is recorded.
We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
